Nra to adress mass shooting problem, proposes to ban masses.

Facing pressures in the wake of repeated mass shootings, the NRA has lobbied for a new bill that it says should prevent mass shootings all together.  Asked for comment an NRA spokesperson spoke about the bill, "You see the problem with mass shootings, is that there are just so many people in places, we need common sense crowd control,  if there are 3 people in a place, it should be illegal to add a fourth, because then you can have a mass shooting.  I just don't see why businesses need that many customers per hour, no civilian business needs more than 2 customers at a time."
When asked about the impact to families and friends gathering the following statement was issued, "I have guns, why would I need friends and families?"
